How did I approach people?
I peppered to interviewing
an international student who came from Mogadishu the capital city of Somalia so I don’t have much information about this country but I heard about some of the
traditional cloths ,foods and cultures. I need to know how life in Mogadishu.
I will be interviewing my Friend fuad because we took English class together last year. beacuse of this We
know each other well ,so I figure it out will be easy to get information out of him
for the first interview.
3- Whom did I interview?Interview report: The interview was easy because we are very close each other. We do not need any icebreaker because I already knew most things about him and he know me also. We have shared our personal and cultural information in many times. However, the only thing that I need to be careful was that it was this interview is a class project, not a personal conversation so I want to do my project appropriately.
What surprised me?
3. Country Report
Mogadishu was located in east Africa Mogadishu without a formal parliament for more than two decades after the overthrow of President SiadBarre in 1991.Years of anarchy followed the downfall of President Barre, and it was not until 2012, when a new internationally-backed government was installed, that the country began to enjoy a measure of stability once more. The decades of fighting between rival warlords meant that the country was ill-equipped to deal with natural disasters such as drought, and around half a million people died in the Somali famines of 1992 and 2010-12. Mogadishu governor has less mean to the people. Mogadishu Living in Mogadishu is very simple. You do not have to work every day if you have something to eat and they food there is very cheap. People in Mogadishu can build their own house on any empty land and they do not have to pay for that land, because it’s their homeland and governor has no control. The land is controlled by the people of Mogadishu.
